1. Subscription Overview

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to receive ZIPTEA products on a recurring basis at the selected delivery frequency.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at each billing cycle unless canceled.

2. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

4. Billing & Charges

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize ZIPTEA to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed intervals.

Prices and subscription terms may be subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.

5. Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable.

6. Failed Payments
