All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (varies by country)
  • Shipping fees calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.

ZIPTEA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ZIPTEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zip-tea.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package and product.
