At ZipTea, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a great customer experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placement.

• To cancel an order, please contact us at: zipteausa@gmail.com
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), all sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible cases:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
• Your order is missing items

To request a refund or replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Taste preference, as tea flavor is subjective
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Subscription Cancellation (Tea Club)

If you are subscribed to our Tea Club:

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account
• Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date
• Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
