At ZIPTEA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, premium freeze-dried tea products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumable products once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and the packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

To request an eligible return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
