ZIPTEA is a modern instant tea brand made from premium whole-leaf tea using advanced freeze-drying technology. It dissolves in hot or cold water in just 3 seconds, offering a healthier and gentler alternative to coffee.
2. Does ZIPTEA contain sugar or calories?
No. ZIPTEA is zero sugar, zero calories, zero artificial flavors — only natural tea essence.
3. How do I prepare ZIPTEA?
It’s simple:
- Open the sachet
- Pour into a cup
- Add 200–300ml of hot or cold water
- Stir and enjoy!
4. Can I drink ZIPTEA cold?
Yes! ZIPTEA is designed to instantly dissolve in both hot and cold water, making it perfect for iced tea, cold brews, or on-the-go hydration.
5. Is ZIPTEA safe and FDA approved?
Yes. ZIPTEA products are FDA registered and made from natural, premium ingredients. They are tested for safety and quality.
6. What flavors are available?
We currently offer three series:
- Pure Tea: Green Tea, Black Tea, White Tea, Pu’er Tea
- Floral Tea: Jasmine Green Tea, Rose Tea, Osmanthus Black Tea, Chrysanthemum Pu’er, Hibiscus Tea
- Fruit Tea: Lemon Green Tea, Berry Black Tea, Passionfruit Oolong, Pineapple Black Tea, Apple Cinnamon Tea
7. How many servings per box?
Each box contains 10 single-serve sachets. Each sachet makes one cup (200–300ml).
8. Who can drink ZIPTEA?
ZIPTEA is suitable for most adults. Since it contains natural caffeine, it may not be recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine.
9. How should I store ZIPTEA?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep sealed after opening.

11. How long does shipping take?
- Domestic orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days
